Scooby-Doo...Who Knew

Slowly but surely the days of Thomas the Tank Engine are disappearing in our house. That means that the boys are growing up and Noel just isn't as interested in Thomas (big surprise). For a while we went through an in between phase of watching things here and there. They all like Disney movies and some Dreamworks movies, but nothing like the obsession that was Thomas for so many years. Now, they have found their new niche. Scooby-Doo! Eric seems to like the mystery involved. Sean likes the humor. Noel LOVES that there are girls in the movies. So there we are. Something for everyone! (And I thought that finding something that the boys and Noel would all like would be difficult.)

  1. Your kids lasted longer than mine. Even Katie likes shows with plot more than educational entertainment. Thanks to our Tivo, I'd be surprised if there was a single Scooby Doo episode or movie we haven't seen. Unfortunately, we bought lots of Dora and Princess clothes and now they both want the old school show apparel. I don't even think they made Animaniacs or Talespin clothes when we were kids.

  2. It could be worse. I just had an in depth conversation with my employee's 10 year old son who is completely obSESSED with horror movies and is very upset that he will not be receiving the Resident Evil video game for Christmas. Scooby Doo is fun, and you'll probably remember them too!
