Chad won tickets to tonight’s Rockies game. There is something about live sports that’s exciting. Going to baseball games also has a sense of nostalgia for me.
When I was a kid living in Indianapolis, we went to watch the local minor league team play during the summer. I remember seeing more than one firework show at that ballpark. Those games are the source of many fond memories.
When we moved to Colorado, we stopped going to games. I wanted to but couldn’t justify the cost for a long time. A few years ago, we were finally able to go with Sean and Noel. A few weeks later we went again when Chad got tickets from work. Today, we got to sit in those same seats. They are great seats! I love that he has actual perks with this job.
