Today, many friend and I hosted a tea party at her house. It was a lot of fun to have an reason to be fancy and spend time with some wonderful women.
I think my favorite part was the preparation. I’m loved shopping for the hat, gloves, dress, and shoes. My friend has beautiful tea cups and table cloths that added to the excitement. She also has a beautiful entertaining area in her backyard that made the perfect setting.
This was my first real tea party experience. I hope to be able to do it again in the future. Maybe, I can go to the Brown Palace with a few friends in the not so distant future.
